Anda tawa masala
Ingredients Quantity
Boiled egg 5 to 6 no’s
Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Oil 3tbsp
Coriander seeds 1tbsp
Cumin seeds 1tsp
Black pepper corns 1/2 tsp
Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
Dry red chilli 4 no’s
Cumin seeds 1/2tsp
Chopped ginger 1tbsp
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Green chillies 1 tbsp
Chopped onions 2no’s
Salt to taste
Chopped tomato 3no’s
Red chilli powder 1tsp
Garam masala 1tsp
Coriander powder 1tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Prepared khada masala 1 ½ tsp garnish
Tomato ketchup 1tbsp
Red chilli sauce 1tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves hand full
Method
Take boil egg and give small slit marks to it
Now add turmeric and red chilli powder and mix it well
Once it’s mixed properly keep it aside
In a kadhai add oil and let it get heart properly
In a small pan add whole coriander seeds , cumin seeds, black pepper corns , fennel seeds, dry red chilli and dry roast it.
In a masala grinder add the roasted masala and grind it in to fine powder
Once the oil is hot add the egg and let it cook properly . Once it’s cooked properly remove the egg in an another bowl and keep it aside.
In a same oil add cumin seeds , chopped ginger, chopped garlic, chopped green chillies, chopped onions and mix it well , now add salt to taste and chopped tomato and mix it well.
After mixing for some time now add red chilli powder , garam masala, coriander powder, turmeric powder , prepared masala mix it well and let it cook for 2 mins, now add tomato sauce , red chilli sauce and prepared egg and mix it well, now add hand full of chopped corainder leaves and more khada masala.
Finally mix it well and remove it in a serving bowl & garnish it with some prepared khada masala chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
