10 minute abs workout - Myprotein

Join our Myprotein ambassador Vicky as she guides you through a quick 10 minute abs workout. This workout will put you on the road to getting tight abs and is short enough to fit in whenever you have 10 minutes to spare. All the exercises in the video should be done for one minute each, with up to a minutes rest in-between.
