I first tried making silk roses a few years ago for my Cicada gown project, and mentioned wanting to try the real flower making iron now I have! I grabbed this set of flower making tools as a Christmas present to myself this last winter and have finally pulled it out to make about a billion (okay, several dozen) flowers for a big costuming project I have in the works.
