Chocolate Pani Puri | चॉकलेट पानी पूरी | Chef Harpal Singh
The traditional recipe of Pani Puri has been prepared with the taste of chocolate. In this, Pani Puri has been coated with chocolate and instead of spicy water, sweetened water has been made by dissolving rose syrup in milk. Puri is served filled with sweet boondi and chocolate syrup. It is a street food full of sweetness.

Ingredients Method
Golgappa (Pani puri) 4-5
Dark chocolate ½ cup
Milk 1 cup
Rose syrup 2 tbsp
Sweet Boondi 4-5 tsp
Chocolate syrup 4-5 tsp
Chocolate vermicelli for garnish
Method:-
1. Take puris and using your thumb make a hole on top.
2. Take dark compound chocolate and microwave it for 30-40 sec. or till chocolate are melt.
3. Take puris and coat it with the melted chocolate and refrigerate it for 4-5 minutes.
4. Mix together milk and rose syrup in a bowl and keep it aside.
5. Take shot glasses and pour the prepared milk in the glasses equally.
6. Place the chocolate coated puri on top of the glass.
7. Fill it with the Boondi and pour chocolate syrup.
8. Sprinkle some chocolate vermicelli on top and serve.
