Some of you had asked me to make a video of the vegan mirror glaze. So, here it is! I have to admit that this is not the exact replication of the regular non-vegan mirror glaze, but it’s pretty close. More than that, I’m also sharing with you today a couple more recipes, including an amazing vegan strawberry mousse, gluten-free cookies and a plant-based sticky toffee sponge cake. All of them are great and really tasty on their own, but I’ve decided to put them all together to form a classical French-looking mousse glaze cake, only vegan and gluten-free.
