## Ingredients:
### For the Knafeh:
- 1 package (400g) shredded phyllo dough (kataifi), thawed
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
### For the Syrup:
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp rose water or orange blossom water (optional)
### Garnish:
- Chopped pistachios or walnuts
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
## Instructions:
1. **Prepare the Syrup:**
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, water, and lemon juice.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
- Stir in rose water or orange blossom water if using. Set aside to cool.
2. **Prepare the Knafeh:**
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded phyllo dough with melted butter, mixing until well coated.
- In another bowl, mix together shredd
