Joey Barton’s “bike nonce“ and Laurence Fox libel cases - court bias and “lawfare“

A high court judge has ruled that the former footballer and manager Joey Barton calling the broadcaster Jeremy Vine a “bike nonce” was defamatory, even though it obviously wasn’t a serious accusation of paedophilia. Similarly, a judge found Laurence Fox guilty of defamation for retaliating against accusations of racism by calling his accusers “paedophiles“ - even though this was clearly a rhetorical mocking of their accusations. Also I was called “racist“ by this fat lass in the comedy industry who calls everything racist.
