620x3 on Anderson’s is a 10lb rep PR though on a subsequent attempt I missed 650. For me, getting set-up and wedging my fat as under the bar in the bottom position is the hardest part of doing Anderson Squats. Thanks to all the low box squatting I’ve been doing my hips are strong out of the bottom as I was able to break the 650 off the pins and move it upward a few inches before stalling and missing the weight. I think I need more speed out of the bottom to help correct this. BW currently at 250.
