15 Minute Deep Stretch for Splits

My yoga blocks are from POPFLEX Active: You know that feeling when your body needs a good, deep stretch?! That is totally me right now, so I hope you will come stretch it out with me! We’re gonna focus on those hamstrings, quads and hips to hopefully get into those splits!
