“Left-Wing Politicians Don’t Like Freedom Of Expression” | Online ‘Violence Or Hatred’ To Be Removed

Ofcom has told social media bosses to remove online hate or violence which could spark riots during a period of unrest in the UK The regulator’s letter warned that online platforms have a duty to ‘protect’ users from content ’likely to incite violence or hatred’. It comes after Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner spoke out on the ’fake news’ and ’hate’ circulating online.
