Two main criteria to get the best out of level 5:
1.) Technique: You must be able to complete all Level 4 workouts without doing the “alternatives.“
2.) Stamina & Recovery: Complete Level 4 workouts by taking no longer than 2-3 minutes rest in between each round
If yes, you’ll crush level 5 without a problem! If not, take this workout as lightly as possible, and you should never get discouraged if you can’t complete this level. At the end of the day, the workout level is not as important as your consistency level! Good luck!
