30 min Full Body MIXED Kettlebell Workout (No Repeat COMPACT Workout)

In this 30 min Full Body MIXED Kettlebell Workout we will have a mixture of Strength , Cardio and Abs. We will have two blocks with 3x bundles of 5x movements each. We will perform each movement for 40 seconds long and will have a 15 seconds rest between the movements and a 25 second rest between each bundle. There will be a 50 second water break between the two blocks and there is also a superset and a finisher at the end of the workout. In this Workout I am using a 12kg (Blue) 16kg (Yellow) and a 20kg (Purple) kettlebell form “👑 Kettlebell Kings” You can Simply increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier kettlebells and/or increasing the volume of the workout by doing this routine for 2-3x rounds in a row.
