Also here is the full dough recipe, also you can make it at home and with your hands no worries
Pizza dough by vito iacopelli: Poolish (400ml water, 400gr. flour, 5gr. Yeast, 5Honey) in the fridge for 16-24 hours
then add on with whole poolish , 510gr. flour, 35gr. salt, 5gr. oil.
