Upper apartments in FLAMES | Residential building fire near Moscow

The Russian Investigative Committee opened a criminal case against the management company servicing a residential building near Moscow where a massive fire destroyed the apartments on the upper floors. One of the residents said that during the fire she heard the sound of an explosion.
