I’m sharing how to make homemade chocolate truffles (chocolate bonbons) with many designs using simple baking tools and ingredients. Do less or more as you like!) Prepare a 15cm✖️15cm square ring/mold (Or use something close to the size.) Ganache: • Dark chocolate 200 g | 7 oz • Heavy cream 120 g | 4.2 oz • Honey 20 g | 0.7 oz • Butter (soft) 30 g | 1 oz * I recommend chocolate with 50-65% cacao content. I used 64% but if you want a softer ganache, use the one with less cacao percentage. • Dark chocolate
