In this lesson you will learn how to practice various vinyasas (movements coordinated with breath) in tadasana, mountain pose. This is the first part of the Tadasasa Sequence and covers movements for the upper body. These poses will help you stretch muscles in the shoulders, the torso and the sides, and improve your breathing. The Tadasana Sequence can be practiced daily anywhere since it is quite safe, it exercises the entire body and it does not even require a mat.
