Various boys run through it and climb out of the other side. One nearly makes it to the side in one jump, most just jump in. People stand at the side and watch. M/S of one muddy boy after the race, he is probably the winner. L/S of the boys on the pitch warming up, they all set off as the starting gun is fired. Various shots as they race along. M/S of them warming up, a man walks down the line and inspects their legs. M/S as they get ready and race off. M/S as several boys walk along afterwards. M/S as one picks up his jumper.
