L/S of two seaplanes on a runway by a river, men move them about and work on them as the camera pans across. M/S as one is wheeled down towards the water with the pilot on top, the propellor goes round and it is lowered gently in. L/S of the seaplanes on the water and M/S of one speeding along, M/S of them in formation and of one on its own as it takes off.
