Olympia, London. Beppo, a clown from Bertram Mills’ Circus is cycling along the road on a bike made from an old brass bedstead. Various shots of Beppo on his journey along roads. He points at a group of women who are looking at him. CU the women. Beppo dismounts and checks his front tyre with a stethoscope. He remounts and rides off. He is stopped by a policeman.
