Friends, I’m glad to share a new video with you! “Primavera en Barcelona“ is a portrait of the city of eternal spring, inspired by a few notes I heard on the metro. Thousands of people ride the subway every day and hear this beep before the announcement of the next station, but do not attach any importance to it. I was touched by this sound signal and wanted to imagine how these three notes of the E major triad could develop. A city is not only buildings, roads and people, but also a spirit that can be heard and conveyed through music. I was lucky enough to find this music hidden in the alleys and corners of the city. The first part of the composition “Primavera en Barcelona“, presented in this video, anticipates the upcoming album “Portraits of cities“. “Primavera en Barcelona“ is my hymn of love for this beautiful city and all the people living in it.
