《素香酥豆腐丸|Soy Crispy Floss Tofu Balls》

Soft mashed tofu is full of vegetables, crispy and soft, topped with vegan mayonnaise and crispy floss for an extra flavour!
素香酥食材:
干豆酥 90克、蒜末 1茶匙、姜末 1茶匙、
素蚝油 1汤匙、豆瓣酱 1茶匙、糖 1½汤匙、
酱油 1汤匙、海苔 2克、熟芝麻 1汤匙
豆腐丸食材:
板豆腐 300克、纯素蛋黄酱 1汤匙、中筋面粉 1½汤匙、
地瓜粉 1½汤匙、鲜香菇 50克、红萝卜 50克、西芹 50克、
食油 ½汤匙、营养酵母粉 1汤匙 、盐 ⅓茶匙、胡椒粉 ¼茶匙 、
芝麻油 1茶匙、酱油 1茶匙
Soy Crispy Floss Ingredients:
Dried soybean dregs 90g, Minced garlic 1tsp,
minced ginger 1tspMushroom stir-fry sauce 1tbsp,
bean paste 1tsp, Sugar 1½tbsp, soy sauce 1tbsp,
Seaweed 2g, roasted sesame 1tbsp
Tofu Balls Ingredients:
Medium firm tofu 300g, vegan mayonnaise 1tbsp,
All-purpose flour 1½tbsp, sweet potato starch 1½tbsp,
Fresh shiitake mushroom 50g, Carrot 50g, Celery 50g,
Cooking oil ½tbsp, Nutritional Yeast 1tbsp, salt ⅓tsp,
White pepper ¼tsp, sesame oil 1tsp, soy sauce 1tsp
