Ingredients quantity
Hung curd 1 cup
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
Green chillies chopped 1 tbsp
Black salt 1 tsp
Chaat masala ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Processed cheese grated ¼ cup
Bread slice 4 no
Butter for spread
Green chutney 2 tsp
Butter for spread
Butter for greasing
Method :-
1. Take a mixing bowl and add hung curd, black pepper crushed, chopped ginger, chopped green chillies, black salt, chaat masala, salt and mix well.
2. Now add grated processed cheese and mix well.
3. Take 4 slices of bread and apply butter on all the bread slices.
4. Generously apply the green chutney on bread slice evenly.
5. Now spread the curd stuffing on the remaining slice of bread.
6. Layer curd spread bread slice on top of chutney spread slice.
7. Now apply butter on the top side of the bread.
8. Now place the grilled pan on medium flame and Land the buttered side bread on the pan.
9. Then apply butter on the other slice of bread and cook till it turns golden in colour.
10. Remove them on a chopping board and cut diagonally.
11. Enjoy while it’s hot with tomato ketchup or spicy green chutney.
