Chocolate Lunar Dragon!

I want to wish everybody a Happy Lunar New Year!! Dragons are my favorite topic for chocolate sculptures, I was waiting patiently for the year of dragon to arrive! This one took 5 days of work and 100lbs of milk and dark chocolate. My favorite feature is the smoke coming out of its mouth!
