With this intense HIIT routine I have broken the workout into III rounds of no repeat SWEATY💦 FAT BURN 🔥 exercises to diversify and intensify cardio HIIT style rounds to keep the level of cardio high and anything BUT boring:) It includes a 10 minute ACTIVE warm-up, followed by a 30-minute HIGH INTENSITY routine with a great variety of cardio bodyweight exercises. After the routine you get a 10-minute cooldown & stretch which helps the heart rate and the muscles to recover properly. If you don’t have a jump rope don’t worry, you can still easily do this routine with minimal modification (you can do mock/ghost jump roping (which is basically what it sounds like, swing your arms and jump like you have a jump rope, the bonus being that you will never mess up😅)or dancing💃🏼🕺🏽.
