My family really like fried rice, this is one of our favorite fried rice recipe. We like to use different protein and vegetables combination, so we don’t have the same fried rice every time.
Also this is great for one pot meal, weekend brunch or lunchbox.

-Corn starch(for washing the shrimp) 1 tsp
-Shrimp 240 g/ 8.5 oz
salt 1/4 tsp
sugar 1/4 tsp
black pepper
-4 stalks of asparagus
salt 1/8 tsp
-Cooked rice 2 cups
-Egg 2
-Salt 1/2 tsp
-Green onion 2 stalks
-Black pepper
