Coriander pesto mushroom

Ingredients quantity
Walnuts 6-8 nos
Peanuts 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves 1 bunch for garnish
Garlic cloves 6-8 nos
Olive oil 3-4 tbsp 2 tbsp
Salt to taste a pinch
Water as required
Button mushroom 1 cup
Fresh cream 1 tbsp
Processed cheese grated 2-3 tbsp
Method :
1. Heat a pan , add walnut , peanuts and roast it well for 2-3 mins .
2. In a grinder , add coriander leaves , garlic cloves , olive oil , roasted nuts , salt and grind it thoroughly .
3. Now add water if require , and blend it again .
4. Heat a kadhai , add olive oil , mushrooms saute
