No titles. London. Various shots of balloon artist ’Windy Blow’ (real name David Cecil) sitting at home and making animals out of balloons. He makes a swan, a giraffe, a dachshund and a tiny dog. Windy’s wife picks up the balloons and hands them out to children outside their front room window. Note: 2 small cuttings on file.
