This is my second chest expander Workout. Normaly I start with Joint Mobility and a Warm Up with the Deuser Band, but that’s not on tape. It’s the basic expander Workout from but I switched the Back Press and the One Arm Press to try how it feels. I think Chest Press and Back Press in one training could be not as perfect as it can be. Same with Military Press and One Arm Press.
