Welcome to the Lounge Room series where you will use your lounge room furniture to increase the intensity of your workouts. You don’t need expensive equipment to change things up and to get results.
Tighten your quads and get rid of those saddle bags with this standing and seated thigh workout. You will alternate between squats using the sofa as a point of reference, and standing leg raises to lengthen the front of the thighs. This non-stop thigh routine will leave your muscles screaming, but with regular use you will increase in strength and reap the benefits! Team this with one of my other Lounge Room Series workouts to maximize your results!
