This is how I make the little chocolate grids for cake decoration. :-)
The chocolate is tempered white couverture. It works just the same with tempered milk or dark couverture.
Combine the two sheets, one with vertical lines and one with diagonal lines.
Instead of the small ring, you can use any other shape (square, star, etc.) or cookie cutter to stamp out the chocolate grid.
