More chocolate decoration:
This is how I make chocolate loops to decorate my cakes. :-)
The chocolate is tempered white couverture. It works just the same with tempered milk or dark couverture.
The marble plate was in the freezer for some time, so it’s cold and the couverture firms quickly.
You can make these decoration elements in advance and store them in a dry and cool place for later use.
The cake at the end is the Kir Royal... ;-)
