Cloudy and high chances of rain here in Melbourne so we’re taking our morning workout indoors with this full body stretch and 10 minutes of light cardio! Pick your intensity for these cardio rounds - you can walk or march the movements instead if you’re looking for something a little more gentle :) OR repeat again for 2 more rounds for a higher intensity session!!
ALSO.. gyms are almost back to indoor classes! Hope this comes in handy for those looking to get their body moving before resuming their training :) We all experience the downs of being in iso and sometimes we forget to priorities our exercise.
