基本功 BASIC Ground fighting in Dragon and Dog

In the Gǒuquán 狗拳 style, the dog style, there is an important repertoire of technical ground fighting. In particular, this combination of three basic techniques is common in many Nan Quan styles from southern China and also in the Vietnamese Chinese Dragon style taught in our school. These are techniques also present in modern Wu Shu, but athletes often have no idea how they can be applied.
