I am so admired, for being tired. This is a live internet performance of ancient and unreleased Ugress track “Loophole“, an early bigbeat experiment back from the PREVIOUS MILLENIUM! This track was originally made in 1999! My god, the samples I thought was cool back then. Cringe! I wish I could go back in time and tell my clueless self that “hey in 25 years your dayjob is gonna be playing this on an electric violin on your own TV channel for a small but consistent global audience... so maybe go with a less pretentious sample?“. But then this makes me wonder further, what utter madness lies ahead the NEXT 25 years, like, how much embarassement will have accumulated by then? What am I doing right now that I will cringe like crazy in 25 years? Or, perhaps I’ll be back full circle and its cool to be tired of being admired, or perhaps... there is a... hole in the loop? This was performed live during episode 30, March 2024.
