00:14 Stuffed eggs with cucumber
Ingredients:
– 6 eggs
– ¼ teaspoon of salt
– ¼ cup of sriracha mayonnaise
– 2 teaspoons of chives
– 2 teaspoons of mustard
– ½ teaspoon of sugar
– 3 teaspoons of mint, finely chopped
– ½ teaspoon of minced garlic
– 3 teaspoons of coriander, finely chopped
– a piece of carrot
– 3 slices of cucumber, cut into quarters
– spicy ketchup
Boil the eggs, pour cold water over them. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
Carefully remove the yolk and place it in a separate bowl.
Break the yolks with a fork. Then add sriracha mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, salt, chopped chives to the bowl with the yolks and mix well. Add chopped mint and coriander.
Fill a pastry bag fitted with a 1M tip and press the yolk mixture into the whites, dividing evenly among all the eggs. Alternatively, you can use a spoon and scoop the yolk mixture into the center of the whites.
Julienne the carrots with a vegetable peeler (alternatively, you can use a cheese grater). Place about 4-6 pieces of julienne carrot on top of the stuffed egg.
Add ¼ of a cucumber piece to the center of each egg. Pour lightly with ketchup.

The perfect crowd-pleasing snack made with hard-boiled eggs. You only need a few ingredients to prepare this unique appetizer, and its preparation time is very short.
Ingredients:
– 4 hard-boiled eggs
– a teaspoon of horseradish
– a teaspoon of mayonnaise
– salt and pepper to taste
– leek leaf, prepared rice
Wash a piece of leek leaf, dry it and cut it lengthwise into 3-4 mm strips.
Peel the eggs, cut them in half lengthwise, remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Add horseradish and mayonnaise to the yolks, season with salt and pepper, mix with a fork, crushing the yolks thoroughly.
Fill the egg whites with the yolk paste, add broccoli sprouts and 4-5 grains of puffed rice. Arrange the leek strip into a head and stick it into the egg.
You can use chives instead of leek.

There is no Easter without eggs, or even better - stuffed eggs!
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
– beetroot juice
– a spoonful of mayonnaise
– a teaspoon of Dijon mustard
- salt pepper
Hard-boil the eggs, peel them and soak them in beetroot juice for an hour. Remove from juice and dry. Cut in half, place the yolks in a bowl, add a spoonful of beetroot juice, mayonnaise, mustard, season with salt and pepper to taste, mix thoroughly.
Transfer the filling to a pastry bag with a decorative nozzle and fill the purple egg whites. Decorate with small yellow flowers and parsley.

Creamy, herbal eggs with avocado pesto and egg yolk are an aromatic, healthy snack.
Ingredients:
– 6 eggs 1 for decoration
– 1/2 avocado
– a teaspoon of mayonnaise
– fresh green asparagus
– fried Prosciutto ham
- chives
– dried tomatoes with basil or chili (flakes)
– ground pepper
- salt and pepper
– half a teaspoon of lemon juice
Hard boil the eggs, peel them. Cut the top of the egg from the narrow side, remove the yolk, and place it in a bowl. Cut the other side of the egg white so that it stands vertically. Set on teaspoons.
Prepare the pesto.
Cut the avocado in half, lift the skin with a spoon and remove the flesh. Place in a bowl with the yolks, add mayonnaise, lemon juice, season with salt and pepper and blend.
Arrangement:
Put one asparagus in the egg white, squeeze the avocado rosette, now sprinkle with the egg white and yolk, sliced Prosciutto, tomato flakes, and ground pepper.
