Katsu Curry (recipe always in description)

Ingredients 4 chicken breasts 2 eggs 1 tbsp soy sauce 100g Japanese panko breadcrumbs 1/4 cup flour 1 tsp each black pepper, paprika, chili, onion and garlic powder, thyme Salt For curry 1 onion 2 garlic cloves 1 tbsp fresh ginger 1 tbsp curry powder 1 tsp turmeric 1⁄4 tsp chilli powder 1 tbsp tomato puree 500ml chicken stock 2 tsp rice wine vinegar 1 tbsp honey 1 tbsp soy sauce Fry the onions until golden brown, add garlic, ginger, tomato paste, spices, mix and pour in the chicken broth. Cook for 8 minutes. Add vinegar, soy sauce and honey. 1 minute and blend . Bash the chicken breasts in 1 cm thick. Mix flour with spices, beat eggs with soy sauce.
