Kipping Ring Dips
Set-up:
Start in support position with arms locked.
Rings are tight to the body.
Push down actively into the rings.
Execution:
Initiate the movement by pushing elbows back.
Shoulders move forward.
Shoulders should be below the elbows in the bottom position.
Hips descend below the rings in the bottom position.
Bring the knees towards the chest quickly.
Press to support position.
Extend at the hips and knees.
