Ballet ARMS WORKOUT. Dear friends, in ballet, hands are as important as legs. 🤣 And they also get very tired. In order not to lose this wonderful instrument right in the middle of the performance, you need to train it. Ballet hands are something different. They shouldn’t be too muscular, but very strong. In today’s workout we will try to find a compromise between strength and beauty. In this video we’re doing an upper body workout that is inspired by the ballerinas’ powerful arms. We will try to not use any equipment and concentrate on working against ourselves - with the resistance of our own muscles.
