Belgium: ’Hooligans’ taste water cannon after Brussels memorial upset

Police used water cannon to disperse the protesters, after tensions erupted between a group of right-wing activists and mourners. Both gatherings related to Tuesday’s attacks, starting in separate locations, were originally banned by police due to security concerns. However, protesters arrived despite the police order. The s
