Eggless butter cake – I had received a lot of request on this cake for some reason. Honestly, I had tried to bake 3 times for this video. For the first 2 recipes, I was not happy at all. This recipe which is my 3rd try has considered the closest to the taste of a butter cake. Like I said to some of you, do not give, try and try until you get. Hope you’re inspired with this recipe. Ingredients:
8x8 inch pan
250g cake flour or all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
390g condensed milk
150g unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp powdered sugar
3 tbsp water
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven 170°C / 340°F.
2. In a bowl, sift all the dry ingredients. Set aside.
3. In another large bowl, add condensed milk and butter. Stir until well combined. Add vanilla extract. Continue beating. Add powdered sugar and slowly add in the water. Stir until well combined.
