Hello, Transformer Fans:
In this video I demonstrate how to use the Ansys Maxwell Eddy Current (EC) solver (AC) to compute the self-inductance, mutual inductance, and leakage inductance with respect to the six windings in this three-phase transformer example. I show how results match for using various expressions to compute inductances including
*Voltage, current, and omega.
*Flux Linkage and Current.
*Magnetic Energy and Current.
*Self-inductance, mutual inductance, and the turns ratio.
*Self-inductance and the coupling coefficient.
