LPs Finger Shot and Rhythm Ring. They are both ~ $7 delivered and totally worth the money.
Construction and sound wise they are completely different.
Rhythm ring is a round plastic tube filled with metal beads and sounds like a mini shaker. You can use in a “ring position“, when playing your percussion or as a standalone mini shaker.
Finger Shot is made of aluminum and what is more important has a membrane inside, which prevents beads to hit the upper part of the enclosure. As the result it has much more precise and snappish sound, which you get when your hand goes down and down only.
Personally I think they are both great. LP is more suited for “studio“ use. With RR you can join any gig, even if you forgot to bring your djembe.
