It’s for 5-6 people Ingredients 4lb Chuck Roast 4 Dried Ancho Chiles 2 Dried Guajillo Chiles 8 Chile De Arbol 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp dried thyme 3 Bay Leaves 1/2 Tsp Ground Cumin 1/2 Cinnamon Stick 5 Cloves Garlic 1/2 Large Onion 1 1/2 tbsp Salt 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar 6 1/2 cups Beer Remove the seeds and veins from the chiles and simmer for 5-10 minutes Remove Chiles and add all of your ingredients except the chuck roast to a blender to make the sauce. Add beer in there. Season Chuck roast with salt and some BBQ rub. Sear the meat for 90 seconds on each side then add to your Afgan Pressure Cooker.
