Allan has never given an interview before and has a great deal to say. He was the first person to speak with Travis Walton after his abduction encounter in 1975, he was one of the first to speak with Jesse Marcel, Sr. about Roswell, he was a lead investigator in the remarkable Charles Moody abduction case of 1975, and much more.
