Events include donning PPE/SCBA, hose drag (uncharged), hoisting and carrying a hotel pack, tire flips, tire drags, and the bear crawl. The challenge is usually performed in full PPE, on air, but many prefer to try the evolution off air to get a feel for what it’s like. An average time for the challenge is about 10-12 minutes, and the goal will be to improve your time from week to week. We’ll keep track of times so you can follow your progress on a weekly basis.
