Putin makes surprise visit to Crimea ‘children’s palace’

President Putin has made a rare last-minute trip to Crimea to visit a “children’s palace“ he commissioned, just a day after the International Criminal Court issued a warrant for his arrest over the mass abduction of Ukrainian kids.
