Forging a Japanese Tanto - Kards

Ilya forges a traditional Japanese Tanto from tamahagane. Not only does he forge the nihonto tanto , but he also offers a brief history lesson of what was going on in japan during WW2. This Documentary style video is a lot like the forging of Tanjiro’s Katana, but we used a different construction method for this tanto and the historical talk that goes along with the build is much much different.
