I am very happy to be able to share this piece with you! It is a 14th century dance piece that was typical of the Middle Ages and Renaissance; it is simply known as a “Saltarello.“ Apparently this piece was used to accompany a type of courtly dance, presumably one that involved a great deal of leaping, since “saltare“ means “to leap“ in Italian. I dedicate this piece to all you revelers and lovers of fun! Oh, yes... and I always wanted to include a blooper reel, so keep watching after the credits! ;-)
