Spartan Workout -- The Warrior Within

After gaining about 20 lbs. of muscle (in less than two months) in the ON 2011 Contest, I wanted to have some fun and throw around a 45 lb. Olympic bar and two sets of plates: 25 lb. 45 lb. Plus, if you’re going to do a Spartan warrior workout, you have to dress the part right? To all the warriors out there, don’t give up until you reach your goal and then make a new one. Use your imagination: the Olympic bar is my spear and the Olympic plates are my shield ;-) Burpees are lot more challenging when using a 45 lb. Olympic bar.
