Keto Soufflé Yogurt Cake

Pan size: 4 x 4 x 4 inch (10 x 10 x 10 cm) square pan INGREDIENTS 2 large egg yolks ½ teaspoon (3mL) vanilla extract 1 tablespoon (15mL) avocado oil or any oil of choice zest of 1 lemon ¼ cup (65g) plain Greek yogurt ⅔ cup (65g) blanched almond flour ¼ teaspoon (1g) baking powder pinch of salt 2 large egg whites 1 teaspoon (5mL) lemon juice ¼ cup (50g) granulated erythritol powdered sweetener (optional) Bake at 300°F (149°C) for 50-60 minutes. Turn off the oven then rest inside for another 20 minutes. Let it cool before serving.
